MOSCOW, Nov 14 (PRIME) -- Russia’s budget surplus increased to 3.071 trillion rubles in January–October, as compared with 2.987 trillion rubles in January–September, as seen by PRIME in the Finance Ministry materials on Thursday.
Budget revenue amounted to 16.670 trillion rubles and spending stood at 13.598 trillion rubles in January–October.
